LIFE WELLNESS CENTER STUDIO!

The studio I train from is designed for private one-on-one and small group fitness training. There is no membership fee. Life Wellness Center studio contains all the fitness equipment needed for an effective and functional workout. I strive to maintain an energetic upbeat atomosphere which is extremely important to give my clients that extra push to help them achieve their potential.

Functional Training

My method of training is to personalize your programs to meet not only your goals, but also the needs of your body. After an assessment, together we work on your strengths and weaknesses so that your body can function properly in every day life as well as any athletic goals you have. Our centers have a lot of functional equipment I use. For example:

*A wide assortment of functional exercise "toys" for added variety
*Stretching Tables
